1. What is Ladezo?

Ladezo is a Pakistan-based women’s footwear brand offering trendy, comfortable, and high-quality shoes at affordable prices. We deliver across Pakistan and are committed to excellent customer service.


2. How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website www.ladezo.pk by selecting your desired product, size, and clicking “Add to Cart”“Checkout”. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and confirm payment method.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

Bank/E-wallet details will be shared upon order confirmation if you select that method.


4. How much is the shipping cost?

  • FREE Shipping on orders above PKR 3,000

  • Flat rate of PKR 200–250 for orders below PKR 3,000


5. How long does delivery take?

  • Processing Time: 1–2 working days

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 working days (depending on your city and courier)

You will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.


6. Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned!


7. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! You can return your order within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • The item is not a sale, custom, or clearance product

8. What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

We sincerely apologize if that happens! Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll arrange a free return or replacement right away.


9. How do I know my shoe size?

We use standard Pakistani sizing. You can refer to our Size Guide available on each product page. If you're unsure, feel free to message us for size assistance.
